What to expect

Tandem skydiving near Split is one of the most exhilarating things you can do in Croatia. You jump harnessed to a certified instructor from 3,000 metres above Dalmatia — no experience needed, no solo training required. Just the freefall, the landscape below you, and a view of the coast and islands you will not forget.

Licensed tandem instructor

You arrive at Sinj Airport and meet your licensed tandem instructor. After a 20-minute safety briefing covering body position, freefall behaviour and landing, you are fitted with a jumpsuit, helmet, goggles and the dual harness. Your instructor is with you every step — no prior experience needed.

The Jump – Freefall at 200 km/h

The flight to altitude takes around 20 minutes. When the door opens, you and your instructor exit the aircraft together and freefall at 200 km/h for approximately 60 seconds. When the parachute deploys, the noise drops away and you glide slowly over Dalmatia — a few minutes of complete silence above one of the most beautiful coastlines in Europe.

Views Over Split & the Dalmatian Islands

During the parachute descent you have a clear aerial view of Split's old town, the islands of Brač, Šolta and Hvar, and the full sweep of the Dalmatian coast. On a clear day visibility reaches all the way to the Kornati archipelago. It is the same view you get on a panoramic flight — except you arrived there by jumping out of a plane.
